Last month I spoke at the Devoxx.us conference in San Jose. It was an enjoyable conference, even if it rained each day I was there. Devoxx is primarily a Java conference, which is a change of pace from the Ruby conferences I frequent. I enjoyed hearing about a different sector of the industry.
One notable aspect of the conference was the amazing collection of speakers. I was honored to be included in such company.
My talk was on The Prototyping Mindset where I outlined 6 keys to prototyping a software MVP (minimum viable product). I focused on how developers and technical teams can shift their mindset to efficiently build high-value initial versions of a product.
