Team
Haught Codeworks holds a central focus on team. Driven by our founder, Marty Haught, and backed by a group of dedicated and expert professionals, we serve our clients with a "one for all" approach. We build our teams specifically for each project from a core group of software professionals, as well as an extensive network of independent consultants. Our individualized approach allows us to be flexible in our capabilities, and bring in specialized expertise for the unique needs of each client. Read more about our people on the team page.
Community
A sense of community, both local and professional, is important to Haught Codeworks. Our founder, Marty, started the Boulder Ruby Group in 2006, as a way to bring Rubyists in the area together. The group holds monthly meetings and weekly informal gatherings, allowing members to share their knowledge and passion about technology, as well as mentor new Rubyists. Marty also started the Boulder Lean Startup Circle in Fall 2009 as a way to help early stage entrepreneurs more efficiently find their most successful business model. The approach has influenced how Haught Codeworks itself views consulting, and we continually bring these techniques to our clients. Finally, Haught Codeworks actively participates in open source software. Marty has contributed to the Script.aculo.us, ActiveWarehouse, YUI4Rails and Radiant CMS projects.
